Kourtney Kardashian and her closest friend Addison Rae turned heads in vibrant pink swimsuits, while the eldest Kardashian displayed her growing baby bump in a delightful Instagram post.
Kourtney and Addison struck playful poses for the camera, with Addison affectionately reaching out towards Kourtney’s baby bump in a series of heartwarming pictures.
In the Instagram album comprised of four photos, the television personality, aged 44, and the TikTok celebrity, aged 22, were captured in a variety of poses. One image showed Kourtney lounging elegantly on a deck chair, a denim bucket hat adding a touch of casual chic.
Their friendship blossomed after Kourtney’s son introduced her to Addison’s TikTok videos. Their bond has since deepened, with Addison even making appearances on Kourtney’s hit family reality show, The Kardashians.
The baby on the way will be Kourtney’s first with Travis Barker, her husband and the drummer for Blink-182. Kourtney is already a mother to three children – Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8 – from her past relationship with Scott Disick. Travis also has two children, Landon, 20, and Alabama, 18, from his marriage to Shanna Moakler. The melded family regularly shares photos together and make collective appearances on The Kardashians.
Kourtney and Travis, who had been neighbours and friends for years, officially announced their romantic relationship in 2021. Travis has expressed his gratitude to Kourtney for helping him deal with his PTSD from a plane crash in 2008, from which he was one of only two survivors.
The duo got engaged in October 2021 and have had multiple wedding ceremonies since. These include an informal ceremony in Las Vegas in April 2022, an official wedding in California the following month, and a religious ceremony in Italy’s Portofino a week later.
Kourtney broke the news of her pregnancy in an unexpected way, at a Blink-182 concert, where she held up a sign saying, “Travis I’m pregnant.” This was a nod to a similar scene in the music video for Blink 182’s 1999 song All The Small Things.
Following the concert, Kourtney shared pictures of the big reveal and the couple, with Travis lovingly cupping her baby bump. “Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan,” she wrote in the post.
Despite usually following a strict diet, Kourtney has embraced her pregnancy cravings.
A week after the news broke, the couple revealed the baby’s gender in an Instagram video. As Kourtney sat on Travis’s lap, he played a drumroll before they shared a kiss, with blue confetti flying everywhere, signifying they were expecting a boy.
According to Travis’s Instagram, the little one already has a name.
